New Delhi: Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi got engaged on friday night in Hyderabad in the presence their family and their close friends. The couple, on friday night shared picture of Engagement Ceremony on their Instagram Profile. In the first two picture, the couple can be seen smiling with all their heart. 

The couple received wishes  from several stars. Suniel Shetty dropped a heart emoji while Samantha Ruth Prabhu Wrote, "Congratulation" along with several heart emoji. Varun's sister Niharika konidela dropped heart evil eye emojis.

Varun Tej belongs to a family of actors and producers. He is the son of actor and producer Nagendra Babu. His uncles Chiranjeevi and Pawan kalyan both are top actors their generation. His cousins are superstar Allu Arjun and Ram Charan.

Lavanya Tripathi stepped into the telgu film industry with the 2012 film "Andala Rakshasi". She and Varun reportedly on the sets of the movie, Varun and Lavanya fall in love. Both were rumoured to be dating for a long time.
